The Custom Cakery is located in Pasadena, Texas.

What are your hours?
Business/Baking hours vary weekly. If you are interested in ordering, please contact us for more information.
Order pickup location and times can be found on your confirmation/invoice.

What are your payment methods?
We accept credit/debit cards via Paypal and Venmo. Cash is accepted on a case by case basis.

What kinds of baked goods do you sell?
Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and cake truffles. On occasion we offer dipped pretzels, brownies and similar sweet treats.

Do you provide allergy information?

Do you have anything that is wheat-free?
Not at this time.

Do you offer vegan items?
No.

Are any of your products sugar-free?
No.

Are you certified kosher?
No.

Delivery is limited; please contact us for more information.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We require order confirmation 2 weeks in advance of event date. 
As a general rule, you can never order too early! For holiday-specific items, refer to our seasonal menu for the order deadline.

Can I put something on hold?
Yes, with advance payment.

How many people do your cakes feed?
Our dessert cake portion sizes are larger than custom cakes. Please see our cake serving guide for custom cake servings.
6″ – 8-10 servings
8″ – 16-18 servings
10″ – 24-26 servings

How should I store my items?
Our products do not require refrigeration. They can be stored at room temperature (75° F) until ready to serve.

I would like a cake with a picture on it. Can you do that?
Yes, we can.

Will you mail some cookies to me?
No, we do not ship our products.
